My friend who was in the hospital
This is a quick update to tell you about my friend who was in hospital.
After a week of hospital visits (to keep her chocolate supply stocked), scary tests and many prayers, she is feeling much better and was released from the hospital last Friday. She is currently still resting at home, and it looks like she’ll be returning to work this coming Monday.
All the test results for a multitude of scary germs so far have been negative. On the one side, this is concerning, because we still don’t really know what was wrong! On the other side, we’ve been praying for God to heal her, so perhaps we should not be so surprised!
There is still one test result that will only be ready a few weeks from now (they have to first grow some cultures). I’ll post another update if things change, or if we find out anything else.
For now, thank-you for the prayers, and all the glory to God.

Well, Francois, I think you are right! Maybe we should count this as the miracle and/or healing we were praying so hard for. This is just like us (people) – praying for something only to question it when it comes.
I say we do exactly what you suggest – Give glory to God and thank Him for answering our prayers. I am so glad that she is better and able to go back to work.
Soooo, Thank you God! We thank You so much for Your blessings upon Francois’ friend. Thank You for showing Your power to all of us. Forgive us for doubting You. We know that You will continue to show her grace and mercy and we are thankful for healthy days to come. Amen!

My daughter recently was very ill (although not hospitalized). She had several tests done, with no findings…she started feeling better, but I believe stress was causing her illness.
I firmly believe prayers work wonders…I’ll pray for your friend for continued recovery!
