Welcome Financial Freedom Challengers #4
I have the privilege of welcoming two more people to the Liberta Financial Freedom Support Network.
IT Pilgrim
The first is one of my existing blog friends, IT Pilgrim.
IT Pilgrim has quite a remarkable story. She started out with a massive amount of debt and a dead-end-minimum-wage job, but instead of joining her fellow dead-end-minimum-wage-job colleagues at the weekly lottery queue, she bought herself a couple of books about IT and spent her free time improving her knowledge about computers.
Fast-forward a few years later and the pilgrim herself in the high-tech high-pay high-stress world of being an IT consultant. The catch? Like so many others in the same profession, she hates every moment of it.
Now IT Pilgrim decided to take a different route by taking on the challenge to pay off her debts and become financially free, so she can spend her time doing the things she loves instead of doing the things that pay well. Check out her blog! Now!!
A Fool and his Money
The second new challenger is Tanner.
Tanner is a 24-year old guy who managed to acquire $15,000 worth of debt during his student years. Since he has make the decision to get out of the debt trap that engulfs so many others for most of their adult life, I actually disagree with his blog title – he is anything but a fool – considering he is only 24 years old.
He is taking a well planned and calculated approach to making his plan a reality and writes all about it on his blog. It’s well worth a read.
