Welcome Financial Freedom Challengers #5
Today I’m delighted to welcome the second South African challenger to the Liberta Financial Freedom Support Network.

Marelize is an outspoken Christian, wife to her husband Andries and mom of four kids.
Marelize and her husband are South African grain farmers with a touch of technological savvy, since Marelize has her own blog called Ek en my huis …ons sal die Here dien (my house and I, we will serve the Lord), where Marelize blogs in good Afrikaans (although for the sake of the other challengers, she’s decided to blog all her financial posts in both English and Afrikaans).
Marelize did her homework well and she is taking on the challenge with vigor.
She first read about it on Riaan’s blog (the first South African challenger), after which she contacted me with a description of their finances and several well considered questions.
Then she carefully went about drawing up a financial plan for her household with the goal of becoming financially free.
